In 2011 she started her own TV show titled The Pioneer Woman which is continuing to air in the US on The Food Network. Also, she is a published writer and several of her cookbooks are full of recipes for cooking. Columbia Pictures announced recently that the film version of her book, From Black Heels To Tractor Wheels, will be released.
